      <title>Research on the impact of corporate culture on the turnover of knowledge employees : taking work happiness as a factor</title>
      <link>https://rsuir-library.rsu.ac.th/handle/123456789/2987</link>
      <description>Title: Research on the impact of corporate culture on the turnover of knowledge employees : taking work happiness as a factor
Authors: Hanyu Wang
Abstract: New energy vehicle manufacturing companies heavily rely on knowledge-based&#xD;
employees who typically have higher education, ready-to-apply professional&#xD;
knowledge, and strong innovative capabilities. Corporate culture is particularly crucial&#xD;
in these companies as it directly influences employees' organizational identification&#xD;
and job satisfaction. If knowledge-based employees do not identify with the corporate&#xD;
culture, they might develop a tendency to leave, which could destabilize the&#xD;
organization. Conversely, widespread employee endorsement of corporate culture can&#xD;
significantly reduce turnover rates. Higher levels of cultural identification can&#xD;
substantially decrease the propensity for these employees to leave. Moreover, job&#xD;
satisfaction plays a mediating role between corporate culture and the inclination to&#xD;
resign, amplifying the positive effects of the corporate culture and further reducing the&#xD;
likelihood of employee turnover. Thus, the alignment of corporate strategy with&#xD;
culture is essential for maintaining employee stability

      <title>A study of the impact of employee loyalty on organizational performance based on improving organizational commitment</title>
      <link>https://rsuir-library.rsu.ac.th/handle/123456789/2986</link>
      <description>Title: A study of the impact of employee loyalty on organizational performance based on improving organizational commitment
Authors: Shangze Lin
Abstract: This study explores the intrinsic mechanism by which organizational&#xD;
commitment affects organizational performance. It introduces employee loyalty as a&#xD;
mediating variable and perceived organizational support as a moderating variable to&#xD;
construct a moderated mediating effect model. An empirical test was conducted using&#xD;
hierarchical regression and other methods based on the survey data of 335&#xD;
employees of Chinese companies. The results found that: 1) all three dimensions of&#xD;
organizational commitment have a positive impact on employee loyalty, among which&#xD;
affective commitment has the strongest effect; 2) employee loyalty partially mediates&#xD;
the relationship between various dimensions of organizational commitment and&#xD;
organizational performance; 3) sense of organizational support positively moderates&#xD;
the relationship between organizational commitment and employee loyalty; and 4)&#xD;
employee loyalty promotes organizational performance improvement by enhancing&#xD;
employee performance and work engagement. This study expands research on the&#xD;
relationship between organizational commitment, employee loyalty and organizational&#xD;
performance. Additionally, it enriches the relevant theoretical connotation and&#xD;
provides useful enlightenment for enterprises to enhance employee loyalty and&#xD;
improve organizational performance.
