The objectives of this study were to study the effectiveness of integration of Manipulatives and Cooperative learning strategies on grade 4 Bhutanese students learning achievement in measurement and examine grade 4 Bhutanese students’ perception towards integration of Manipulatives and Cooperative learning in learning measurement. The mixed methods study was conducted to gather the data. Achievement tests (pre- and post-test) and a semi-structured interview were used as the tools. The quantitative data were analyzed in the computer program using the paired sample t-test, and the qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The analysis of the pretest and posttest scores through paired t-test showed students improved their scores in posttest as compared to pretest. The mean (x̅) difference of 9.67 between posttest (x̅ 16.67) and pretest (x̅ 7.00) indicated that the use, of Manipulatives and Cooperative learning strategies improved the learning achievement of students. Likewise, the data collected from semi-structure interview showed that the students had positive perception in using Manipulatives and Cooperative learning strategies to learn mathematics.
