| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็น บทบาทหน้าที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ที่มีผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 เพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 317 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามแบบของลิเคอร์ท ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การแจกแจงความถี่ และค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว One - Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 ปีการศึกษา 2556 เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน ข้อมูลทั่วไปส่วนใหญ่ พบว่า (1) การจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ (2) สื่อการเรียนการสอนและแหล่งเรียนรู้ (3) การประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ (4) การสร้างและพัฒนาหลักสูตร (5) การสร้างความร่วมมือกับชุมชน (6) การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ (7) การพัฒนาบุคลากร ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านกันแตกต่างกัน แต่ไม่ส่งผลต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารกับการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ที่มีผู้เรียนเป็นสาคัญแต่อย่างใด | en_US |
