Abstract:	การวิจัยเชิงสํารวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็น เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็น และศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาจํานวน 428 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบของลิเคอร์ท ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9774 วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การแจกแจงความถี่และค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว One-Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการ สถานศึกษาต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทาง การศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามให้ความคิดเห็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนขยาย โอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมและรายค้านไม่แตกต่าง
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	The survey research aimed to investigate, compare and study the suggestions and opinions of school administrators, teachers and school board on the parental participation in the management of educational opportunity expansion school under the ffice of Phetchabun primary educational service area 3. The samples were 428 people who were school administrators, teachers and school board. The research tool was a 5 rating scales questionnaire that the reliability was equal at 0.9774. The statistical used percentage, standard deviation, frequency and One-Way ANOVA. Opinions of school administrators, teachers and school board on the rental participation in the management of educational opportunity expansion school under the office of Phetchabun pri educational service area 3 were at the moderate level in the overall. (2) The result of the mparison of the opinions' level of school administrators, teachers and school board on the parental participation in the management of educational opportunity expansion school under the office of Phetchabun primary educational service area 3 were not different on the overall and in each aspect.
