| Abstract: | ปัจจุบันการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตด้วยเทคโนโลยี 3G มีจํานวนและปริมาณการใช้งาน เพิ่มขึ้นเป็นจํานวนมาก โดยผู้ให้บริการ 3G ทั้งหมดก็ได้ให้บริการ 3G บนคลื่น 2100 เมกะเฮิร์ทซ์ เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตด้วย เทคโนโลยี 3G บนคลื่น 2100 เมกะเฮิร์ทซ์ จากผู้ให้บริการ 3 ราย ได้แก่ เอไอเอส, ดีแทค และ ทรูมูฟ เอช มีวิธีการทดสอบเพื่อวัดประสิทธิภาพของผู้ให้บริการ 3 วิธี ได้แก่ การปิงไปยังเว็บไซต์ภายใน ประเทศ และต่างประเทศ, การทดสอบแบนด์วิดท์ และการทดสอบเอฟที่พี่ด้วยการดาวน์โหลดและ อัพโหลดข้อมูล และมีการทดสอบใน 5 สถานที่ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีการใช้งานหนาแน่นติดอันดับใน เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการทดสอบพบว่า ทรูมูฟ เอช มีประสิทธิภาพในการทดสอบดีที่สุดทุกด้านยกเว้น ผลการทดสอบแบนด์วิดท์ของการดาวน์โหลด ขณะที่ ดีแทค มีประสิทธิภาพในการทดสอบแบนด์ วิดท์ของการดาวน์โหลดดีที่สุดและมีประสิทธิภาพในด้านอื่นๆในระดับปานกลาง |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | Currently, the Internet services with 3G technology in Thailand have been increased dramatically. Mobile operators have already launched 3G services with 2100 MHz. This thesis aimed to compare the efficiency of the Internet services performance with 3G technology with 2100 MHz by three mobile operators: AIS, DTAC and Truemove H. There were three types of tests for evaluating the performance of these mobile operators: (1) ping to both domestic and international websites, (2) bandwidth speed test, and (3) FTP test by download and upload data. The result indicated that, there were 5 top of the network congestion places in Bangkok. The result from the tests showed that Truemove H's network provided the best performance in all types excepting the downloading bandwidth. Despite this, DTAC's network performance was the best in downloading bandwidth under the speed test, and gave moderated level for other type of tests. |
