| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ(แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันปัญหาอาชญากรรม 2) ศึกษารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันปัญหาอาชญากรรม และ 3) เพื่อให้ได้ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันปัญหาอาชญากรรมเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) จำนวน 400 คน และเก็บข้อมูลในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 13 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันปัญหาอาชญากรรมในกรุงเทพมหานครโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันอาชญากรรม พบว่าผู้ให้ข้อมูลสาคัญได้เสนอปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันอาชญากรรม ประกอบด้วย แรงจูงใจใฝ่ สัมฤทธิ์ แรงจูงใจใฝ่ สัมพันธ์ การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารอาชญากรรมความคาดหวังในผลตอบแทน ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อตำรวจและอิทธิพลกลุ่มอ้างอิง 3) รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันปัญหาอาชญากรรม ประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน 32 กิจกรรม ทุกกิจกรรมองค์ประกอบมีความเหมาะสม 4) ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย ดังนี้คือควรมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความร่วมมือกับผู้ขับขี่รถยนต์รับจ้างสาธารณะ (แท็กซี่) ในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมเป็นหลัก โดยการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำ รวจเข้าไปสร้างความใกล้ชิดและเป็นมิตร สร้างความเข้าใจให้มากที่สุด พร้อมทั้งเปิดรับฟังปัญหา คัดเลือกตำรวจที่จะทำหน้าที่ชักจูงใจให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วม จัดสรรงบประมาณสำหรับเป็นค่าตอบแทน จัดตั้งเครือข่ายการมีส่วนร่วม และควรมุ่งเน้นการนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการป้องกันปัญหาอาชญากรรม |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1) to examine the factors that influence the participation of public taxi drivers in crime prevention, 2) to investigate the patterns of participation of public taxi drivers in crime prevention, and 3) to provide policy recommendations for enhancing the involvement of public taxi drivers in crime prevention efforts. This study employs a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. A sample group of 400 public taxi drivers participated in a qualitative research study by completing a questionnaire for the purpose of quantitative research data collection. In addition, thirteen critical informants were chosen at random to participate in in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to collect additional data using the purposive sampling technique. The findings revealed that 1) The level of the participation of public taxi drivers in crime prevention in Bangkok was low; 2) The factors that influence the participation of public taxi drivers in crime prevention were achievement motivation, relationship motivation, awareness of crime news, expectation of return, good attitude towards the police, and reference group influence as provided by the key informants; 3) The patterns of participation of public taxi drivers in crime prevention consist of 6 aspects and 32 activities which were all suitable; and 4) The recommendations for policy were that the focus should be on cooperation with drivers of public taxi drivers in crime prevention by allowing the police to create intimacy and friendliness as much understanding as possible, and they must be ready to listen to problems. It is to select the police who will act as an inducer to take part, allocate a budget for compensation, set up a network of participation, and focus on the application of modern technology to prevent crime |
