Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการทำงาน และ 2) เปรียบเทียบ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 2 ก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานในรายวิชาการงานอาชีพ เรื่องขนมไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปี การศึกษา 2565 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน มีจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมด 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานในรายวิชาการงานอาชีพ เรื่องขนมไทย ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 2 จำนวน 6 แผน 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องขนมไทย รายวิชาการงานอาชีพ จำนวน 20 ข้อ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการทำงาน จำนวน 15 ข้อ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คะแนนการประเมินทักษะการทำงานหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 2 ทั้งจากการประเมินโดยผู้สอน การประเมินโดยเพื่อนในกลุ่มตนเอง และการประเมินโดยเพื่อนต่างกลุ่มในห้องเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลจากการประเมินโดยผู้สอน การประเมินโดยเพื่อนในกลุ่มตนเอง และการประเมินโดยเพื่อนต่างกลุ่มในห้องเรียน เท่ากับ 0.72, 0.70 และ0.72 ตามลำดับ หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 72, 70 และ 72 ตามลำ ดับ 2) คะแนนผลสัมฤทธ์ิทางการเรียนหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานของนักเรี ยนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 2 สูงกว่าก่อนจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลเท่ากับ 0.46 หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 46
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	The purposes of this research were 1) to compare the working skills of eighth-grade students before and after project-based learning management; 2) to compare the learning achievements of eighth-grade students before and after project-based learning management in Occupation on Thai Desserts Topic. The sample used in this research consisted of eighth-grade students in the second semester of the academic year 2022 at a school under the jurisdiction of a local administrative organization in the province of Krabi, comprising one classroom with a total of 30 students. The research instruments consisted of 1) six lesson plans based on project-based learning management in Occupation on Thai Desserts Topic; 2) an achievement test based in Occupation on Thai Desserts Topic for 20 questions; and 3) an assessment form of working skills for 15 questions. The findings revealed that 1) The scores for assessing the students' working skills after project-based learning management are based on teacher evaluation, peer evaluation within their group, and peer evaluation from other groups in the classroom. It was considerably greater than before learning at the.05 level. The efficacy index was derived from the teacher's evaluation. The peer assessment scores for the selfgroup and different groups in the classroom were 0.72, 0.70, and 0.72, representing 72%, 70%, and 72%, respectively; 2) The students' learning achievement scores increased significantly after using project-based learning management, with an efficacy index of 0.46 or 46%, which was statistically significant at the .05 level.
