dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยเรื่อง “รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัดและความศรัทธาของชาวพุทธ” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการวัดและความศรัทธาของชาวพุทธ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่มีผลกระทบต่อการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาสและความศรัทธาของชาวพุทธ และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัดของเจ้าอาวาสและความศรัทธาของชาวพุทธ โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจาก 4 กลุ่ม จำนวน 22 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การตีความ และการสังเคราะห์เพื่อสร้างข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารจัดการวัดมีหลักการบริหารโดยแบ่งโครงสร้างออกเป็นส่วนงานต่าง ๆ ตามกิจกรรมของวัด มีการจัดลำดับขั้นการบังคับบัญชา และการดำเนินงานตามหลักการบริหารจัดการตามทฤษฎี ขณะที่การบริหารด้านศรัทธามีความแตกต่างกันไปตามกิจกรรมของวัดที่มุ่งให้ประชาชนเข้ามาร่วมทำบุญหรือบริจาค (2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการวัดและความศรัทธาของชาวพุทธ แบ่งเป็น 2 ด้าน คือ ปัญหาภายใน เช่น ภาวะผู้นำของเจ้าอาวาส การขาดแคลนพระสงฆ์ และปัจจัยสนับสนุนกิจกรรมของวัด และปัญหาภายนอก เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิต ซึ่งส่งผลให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงวัด พระสงฆ์ และพระพุทธศาสนาลดลง (3) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัดและความศรัทธาของชาวพุทธสามารถสังเคราะห์เป็นแนวคิด “5D” ได้แก่ 1. วัดดี 2. พระดี 3. กฎดี 4. ใจดี และ 5. ปัญญาดี ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการวัดและเสริมสร้างความศรัทธาของชาวพุทธ	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The research, titled “Models of Temple Management and Buddhist Faith,” aimed to: (1) examine the current practices of temple management and the state of Buddhist faith, (2) identify key challenges impacting temple administration by abbots and Buddhist faith, and (3) propose a model for effective temple management. This qualitative research utilized documentary analysis and in-depth interviews with 22 key informants from four purposively selected groups. Data were analyzed using content analysis, interpretive methods, and synthesis to derive meaningful conclusions. The research findings reveal that: (1) temple management adheres to administrative principles, organizing operations into distinct sections aligned with temple functions, governed by a hierarchical structure and grounded in established management theories. The administration of Buddhist faith is distinguished from activities primarily aimed at promoting donations or meritmaking. (2) Challenges to temple management and Buddhist faith are divided into internal and external factors. Internal challenges include leadership limitations among abbots, monk shortages, and insufficient resources for temple operations while external challenges arise from social, economic, cultural, and lifestyle changes that affect public engagement with temples and Buddhism. (3) To address these issues, the research proposes the 5D Management Model; Good Temple, Good Monks, Good Rules, Good Hearts, and Good Wisdom as a strategic framework for enhancing temple governance and revitalizing Buddhist faith	en_US
