| Abstract: | วัยสูงอายุเป็นวัยที่มีความเสื่อมในการทําหน้าที่ของอวัยวะต่างๆ ของร่างกาย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุที่รับบริการที่ศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคม ผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ผู้สูงอายุที่รับบริการที่ศูนย์ส่งเสริม สวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดปทุมธานีระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม 2555 เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2556 จํานวน 50 คน มีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กําหนด มีการพิทักษ์สิทธิกลุ่มตัวอย่างตลอดขั้นตอนการวิจัย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินสุขภาวะของผู้สูงอายุ และ แบบบันทึกการตรวจร่างกายเพื่อประเมินคัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ มีการตรวจสอบความ ตรงตามเนื้อหา และความเป็นไปได้ในการนําเครื่องมือไปใช้ในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ เชิงพรรณนา ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุ ร้อยละ 60 เคยได้รับการตรวจสุขภาพมาก่อน ปัญหาสุขภาพของ ผู้สูงอายุที่พบได้บ่อยคือ ความผิดปกติของระบบหัวใจหลอดเลือด (ร้อยละ 64) ความผิดปกติของ ระบบประสาท กล้ามเนื้อและกระดูก (ร้อยละ 42) ปัญหาด้านการมองเห็น (ร้อยละ 34) ความ ผิดปกติของระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะ(ร้อยละ 28) และ ความผิดปกติของระบบทางเดินอาหารและการ (ร้อยละ 22) โดยผู้สูงอายุมากกว่าร้อยละ 58 มีความผิดปกติในการทํางานของระบบเผาผลาญร่างกายมากกว่า 1 ระบบ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | Elderly is a stage of change in function of various organs of the body. This study aims to evaluate health status of the elderly who receive services at the Social Welfare Development Center for the Elderly, Pathumthani Province, Thailand. Fifty elderly who attend at the Social Welfare Development Center for the Elderly, Pathumthani Province during July 2012–February, 2013 were participated in the study. Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. Research instruments included the Health Status Evaluation Form and the Health Assessment Form. Data were collected by health assessment interview and physical assessment by body system. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.The study found only sixty percent of the elderly who used to have annual physical check-up. Sixty four percent had cardiovascular disorders, forty-two percent were with neuromuscular disorders, thirty-three percent had visual impairment, twenty-eight percent were with genitourinary disorders, twenty-four percent were with respiratory disorders, and twenty-two percent had gastrointestinal and metabolic disorders. Fifty-eight percent had more than one physical disorder. |
