dc.description.other-abstractThis study compared grade 10 Chinese students’ performance in broadcasting and hosting art before and after applying Dubbing Show APP and personalized teaching method, and investigated their satisfaction towards the application of Dubbing Show APP and personalized teaching method in a broadcasting and hosting art course in Sichuan Province, China. The sample group consisted of 30 grade 10 students from Sichuan Province, China. Quantitative data were collected through four lesson plans, pre-test, posttest and questionnaire and were analysed using means, standard deviations and paired sample t-test. The data collection lasted for four weeks. For the result, the pre-test resulted in a mean of 68.53 (SD = 3.31), while the post-test resulted in a mean of 79.57 (SD = 5.44). After applying the Dubbing Show app and the personalized teaching method. There was the students’ significant improvement in broadcasting and hosting art performance.The data collected from the questionnaire indicated that all items on the questionnaire were rated highly. The majority of students in the sample group expressed satisfaction with the application of Dubbing Show APP and personalized teaching method in broadcasting and hosting art learning. This study provided new teaching ideas for all broadcasting and hosting art teachers, which may help broadcasting and hosting art teachers use technology to make their classrooms richer and more effectiveen_US
