dc.description.other-abstractThis study aimed to examine the effects of incorporating multimedia on Guangxi Zhuang culture into History lessons on learning achievement among first-year secondary vocational school students in China and to assess their satisfaction with this teaching approach. The research involved 30 students as participants. Quantitative data were gathered through four lesson plans, pre-test and post-test assessments, and a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using means, standard deviations, and paired samples t-tests. The results indicated a significant improvement in learning achievement when multimedia on Guangxi Zhuang culture was integrated into History lessons. The mean pre-test score was 16.67 (SD = 2.02), while the mean post-test score increased to 22.73 (SD = 2.39). Data from the questionnaire revealed high ratings across all items, indicating that most students were highly satisfied with the use of multimedia on Guangxi Zhuang culture in their History lessons. This study introduced innovative teaching approaches for History education in ethnic regions, offering valuable insights for Chinese teachers on integrating multimedia with ethnic culture to create more engaging and effective classroom experiencesen_US
