Descriptive analysis with mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage was performed, followed by multiple regression. The research findings indicated significant positive correlations among all three components and ITU, with PU exerting the strongest influence. Specifically, physical educators commonly believed that Micro-lecture and PAD classes would significantly enhance teaching efficiency, boost student interest in learning, and facilitate the achievement of instructional objectives. The results of this study, thus, provided not only the empirical evidence of PE instruction reform by using innovative teaching methods of Micro-Lecture and PAD Class but also the guidelines of how to elevate the level of teaching Tai Chi, particularly in the universities of Guangdong Province.en_US
