| Abstract: | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสมาคมผู้ค้าปลีกของสหราชอาณาจักร 2) ศักยภาพของบุคลากรที่ส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสมาคมผู้ค้าปลีกของสหราชอาณาจักร 3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จด้านโลจิสติกส์กับมาตรฐานอาหารปลอดภัยสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์ 4) มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสมาคมผู้ค้าปลีกของสหราชอาณาจักรที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จด้านโลจิสติกส์กับมาตรฐานอาหารปลอดภัยสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์ 5) ศักยภาพของบุคลากรที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จด้านโลจิสติกส์กับมาตรฐานอาหารปลอดภัยสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์ งานวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยเทคนิควิธีอาศัยความสะดวก จำนวน 400 คน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา/เชิงอนุมาน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ซึ่งผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลทางการศึกษาและตำแหน่งงานที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสมาคมผู้ค้าปลีกของสหราชอาณาจักรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 2) ศักยภาพของบุคลากรส่งผลต่อมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสมาคมผู้ค้าปลีกของสหราชอาณาจักรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันไม่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จด้านโลจิสติกส์กับมาตรฐานอาหารปลอดภัยสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 4) มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสมาคมผู้ค้าปลีกของสหราชอาณาจักรส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จด้านโลจิสติกส์กับมาตรฐานอาหารปลอดภัยสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 และ 5) ศักยภาพของบุคลากรทางด้านความเชี่ยวชาญส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จด้านโลจิสติกส์กับมาตรฐานอาหารปลอดภัยสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this study were 1) to study personal factors affecting the safety standards of the British Retail Consortium, 2) to study personnel capabilities affecting the safety standards of the British Retail Consortium, 3) to study personal factors affecting logistics success and food safety standards for the pet food industry, 4) to study the safety standards of the British Retail Consortium affecting logistics success and food safety standards for the pet food industry, and 5) to study personnel capabilities affecting logistics success and food safety standards for the pet food industry. This research employed a quantitative research methodology using online questionnaires as a tool for data collection from a sample group of 400 people, selected through convenience sampling. The data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistics comprising percentages, means, standard deviations, and regression analysis. The results revealed that the majority of respondents were female. The hypothesis testing indicated that 1) different personal factors in terms of educational background and job positions, significantly affect the safety standards of the British Retail Consortium at a statistical significance level of 0.05; 2) personnel capabilities significantly affect the safety standards of the British Retail Consortium at a statistical significance level of 0.05; 3) different personal factors do not significantly affect logistics success and food safety standards for the pet food industry at a statistical significance level of 0.05; 4) the safety standards of the British Retail Consortium significantly affect logistics success and food safety standards for the pet food industry at a statistical significance level of 0.05; and 5) personnel capabilities in terms of expertise significantly affect logistics success and food safety standards for the pet food industry at a statistical significance level of 0.05 |
