| dc.description.other-abstract | This study investigates the optimization of cold chain transportation management for medical supplies in Thailand, aiming to enhance efficiency and ensure product quality. It examines key factors influencing cold chain performance, including equipment quality and maintenance, system evaluation and efficiency, emergency measures, cost-effectiveness, and communication with suppliers. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating quantitative data from questionnaires and qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis and content analysis were applied to identify recurring patterns in qualitative responses, while triangulation analysis ensured the reliability and validity of findings. Statistical tests were conducted to determine the significance of various factors affecting cold chain management. The results indicate that inadequate equipment maintenance and weak supplier communication significantly impact the efficiency and reliability of cold chain transportation. The findings highlight the need for standardized maintenance protocols, enhanced supplier collaboration, and cost-effective operational strategies. Based on these insights, this study proposes practical recommendations to improve cold chain logistics, providing a foundation for future research and contributing to the sustainable development of Thailand’s medical supply chain | en_US |
