dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานีและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน คณะกรรมการ สถานศึกษา และตัวแทนสมาคมผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ที่มีต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือ นักเรียนในโรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว จำนวน 3 คน ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว จำนวน 53 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว จำนวน 15 คน และตัวแทนสมาคมผู้ปกครองนักเรียน โรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว จำนวน 33 คน ปีการศึกษา 2561 รวมทั้งสิ้น 104 คน โรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การส่งเสริมนักเรียน ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการส่งต่อ และด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนวัดป่างิ้ว สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The purpose of this research were to study and compare the opinions of the administrators, the teachers, the school board and representatives of the students guardian association which have an influence about status of the operation of the student care system in Watpangiw School under the Ministry of Pathumthani. The population of this study were use the entire. A five-level rating scale questionnaire ,estimation was employed as a research instrument the statistics used for date analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance were statistic for use. The result of this research as follows; 1) The status of the operation student care system in Watpangiw School under the Ministry of Pathumthani. Overall at a high level. 2) The result of comparing the status of the operation of the student care system in Watpangiw School under the Ministry of Pathumthani who different in sex, position, education, age and experience were not different	en_US
