| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินผลด้านบริบท (Context) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ด้านกระบวนการดำเนิน (Process) และด้านผลผลิต (Product) ของโครงการมีความสุขสนุก กับ 4H (Head Heart Hand Health) ในโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดช่องลม (เปี่ยมวิทยาคม) สังกัดเทศบาล นครสมุทรสาคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของผลการประเมินผลของตัวแบบซิป (CIPP Model) แต่ละด้านในการประเมินโครงการมีความสุขสนุกกับ 4H (Head Heart Hand Health) ผลการวิจัยที่ ได้จากการเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 312 ชุด และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ พนักงานครูเทศบาล จำนวน 7 คน พบว่า ผลการประเมินด้านบริบท (Context) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ด้านกระบวนการดำเนิน (Process) มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก และ ผลการประเมินด้านผลผลิต (Product) มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของผลการประเมินผลของตัวแบบซิป (CIPP Model) แต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริบท (Context) กับด้านปัจจัยนาเข้า (Input) ด้านบริบท (Context) กับด้านกระบวนการ ดาเนิน (Process) และด้านปัจจัยนาเข้า (Input) กับด้านกระบวนการดาเนิน (Process) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก และด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) กับด้านผลผลิต (Product) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยพบว่า ประเด็นด้านผลผลิต กับข้อคำถามข้อที่ 12 วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ใน โครงการมีความสุขสนุกกับ 4H (Head Heart Hand Health) ของโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดช่องลม (เปี่ยม วิทยาคม) สังกัดเทศบาลนครสมุทรสาคร มีการใช้งานอย่างคุ้มค่า และข้อที่ 16 ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และกิจกรรมโครงการมีความสุขสนุกกับ 4H (Head Heart Hand Health) มีความหลากหลาย สอดคล้องกับความถนัดของผู้เรียน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ เนื่องจากปัญหาการขาดแคลนครูและ งบประมาณที่ใช้ในโครงการมีความสุขสนุกกับ 4H (Head Heart Hand Health) | en_US |

| dc.description.other-abstract | The purposes of this research were 1 ) to evaluate four aspects of the CIPP Model including context, input, process and product of the ‘4 H’ (Head-Heart-Hand-Health) project at Wat Chong Lom (Piam Wittayakom) municipality school and 2 ) to investigate the associations among four aspects of the CIPP Model in the ‘4 H’ project. Data were collected from both the questionnaire among 3 1 2 participants and the interview method among 7 school administrators and teachers. The results demonstrated that the context, input, and process had the high level of agreement, while only the product had the highest level of agreement. To determine the association among such aspects of the CIPP Model, there were significantly positive associations between the context and the input, the context and the process as well as the input and the process, while there was significantly negative association between the input and the product. It was assumed that the significantly negative associations between the product aspect and the item number 12 (i.e. the material using in the ‘4H’ project at Wat Chong Lom municipality school was valuable for the using) as well as the product aspect and the item number 16 (i.e. the organization of learning and activities in the ‘4H’ project was various for the talent of the students) were due to the lacks of the teachers and the budgets in the ‘4H’ project. | en_US |
