| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) เพื่อ ศึกษาระดับความรู้ด้านระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะของพนักงาน 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมของ องค์กรด้านทุนมนุษย์, กระบวนการความรู้, วัฒนธรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 3) เพื่อศึกษาระดับ การยอมรับในการนำระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะมาใช้ธุรกิจสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำในประเทศไทย 4) เพื่อ วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการนำระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะมาใช้ในองค์กร เมื่อพยากรณ์โดย ลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ และ 5) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการนำระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะมา ใช้ธุรกิจสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำในประเทศไทย โดยศึกษาจากพนักงานทุกระดับของบริษัท สายการ บินนกแอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการใช้ระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะจำนวน 11 หน่วยงาน จำนวน 140 คน โดยการแจกแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อเก็บข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการศึกษาของพนักงานที่แตกต่างกันมีปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ ความสำเร็จด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานแตกต่างกัน หน่วยงานที่สังกัดของพนักงานที่แตกต่างกันมีปัจจัย ที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จด้านทุนมนุษย์และด้านกระบวนการความรู้แตกต่างกัน ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการ ยอมรับการใช้ระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ เมื่อพยากรณ์โดยเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ ทำงานพบว่าต่างก็มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้ระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะโดยมีค่า ความสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ R2 = 0.219, R2 = 0.187, R2 = 0.170, R2 = 0.109 ตามลำดับ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผล ต่อความสำเร็จด้านสภาพแวดล้อมองค์กร เช่น มีความรู้และทักษะที่เหมาะสม ได้รับการฝึกอบรม ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและนำความรู้นั้นมาพัฒนา และประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงาน โดย องค์กรมีมาตรฐานเพื่อให้เกิดคุณภาพของสารสนเทศที่ดี ด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เช่น ระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบให้เข้ากับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานโดยสามารถ เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบที่สำคัญอื่น ๆ ขององค์กรได้ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | This purpose of this research are: 1)to study the business intelligence knowledge level of staff, 2) to study environmental factors of organization in terms of human capital, knowledge process, culture and infrastructure, 3) to study a technology acceptance level in implementing a business intelligence system to business of budget airline in Thailand, 4) to analyze factors affecting to success of implementing a business intelligence system to organization when forecasting by demographic characteristics and 5) to study problems and obstacles if implementing a business intelligence system to a business of budget airline in Thailand. In this research, it is studied from staffs in every level who are working in Nok Airlines Public Company Limited and their works are related to a business intelligence system, this sampling group is contained by 140 staffs within 11 departments and all of them are researched by questionnaires and interviews to record data. The results of this study founded that the different educational levels of staffs have a different success of infrastructure, the different departments have a different success of human capital and knowledge process. For factors affecting to acceptance of business intelligence system, when forecasting by gender, age, educational level and working experience, it is found that they are also related to the factors affecting to the acceptance of business intelligence system that coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.219, R2=0.18, R2=0.170and R2=0.109respectively and the factor that effects to the environmental success of organization e.g. having the proper knowledges and skills, getting a training of information technology and applying those knowledges for development and job which organization has standard to make a good information technology. In part of information technology’s acceptance e.g. format of business intelligence system can be changed as user’s need by connecting the information to other key systems of organization |
