| Abstract: | 本论文的研究目的在于通过对山西省阳泉市平定县的经济结构、资源配置、 区域规划、公共政策、文化背景以及未来发展方向等内容进行研究,以期总结 出一套符合平定县资源聚集区新型城镇化建设的基本模式。并把平定县打造成为 山西省资源聚集区新型城镇化的形象典范。 本论文通过对某些地区成功实施新型城镇化建设案例的剖析,总结其成功原 因并加以对比分析,旨在发现平定县资源聚集区新型城镇化过程的內在普遍规律, 并利用其规律指导平定县资源聚集区新型城镇化进程,因地制宜的推动平定县发 展,为更多新型城镇的改造项目提供良性参考。 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to develop a new urbanisation model for resource aggregration area of Pingding County in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, by studying its economic structure, resource allocation, tegional planning, public policy, cultural background and future development. It also aims to make Pingding County as a new urbanisation model for other resource aggregration areas in Shanxi Province. Through analyzing the successful implementation of new urbanization in some areas, this paper summarized the success factors and made a comparative analysis with Pingding County, aiming to find out the regular patterns of the new urbanization in the resource aggregation area and use the patterns to guide the development of new urbanisation model for resource aggregration area of Pingding County. This will promote the development of Pingding County according to local conditions and provide a positive reference for more new urbanisation construction projects. |
