dc.description.abstract | 在中国经济飞速发展下,旅游业成为了经济发展的新亮点,旅游已经变得流 行,旅游发展方向也面向家庭,变得个性化和多样化。散客已经变得流行,国内 团队游的比重大大减少,中国云南省香格里拉市一座旅游城市,旅游市场的新常 态直接影响着香格里拉旅游业的发展,旅游企业的可持续发展越来越重要。 在旅游产业发展的同时,旅游可持续发展的观念也随之而来,一个产业的可 持续发展,这是一个非常值得研究的问题,在中 云南香格里拉,是一个以旅游 的中里 观国拉 业为支柱产业的城市,旅游业直接影响着香格里拉经济,对香格里拉旅游企业的 可持续发展战略研究变得非常重要。 香格里拉旅游企业目前存在的问题:人才紧缺、企业单一化、环境破坏等, 本文通过采用 PEST 分析、波特五力模型、SWOT分析香格里拉旅游企业外部、行 业、內部环境,通过国内外其他著名景区进行对比分析,吸取先进经验,并结合 中国云南省香格里拉具体实际情况予以运用。并针对人才紧缺、企业单一化、破 坏环境等提出了解决方法,制定了符合中国云南省香格里拉旅游企业的可持续发 展战略,对中国云南省香格里拉市旅游企业持续有效发展有着积极而现实的意 义。同时对香格里拉旅游企业可持续发展有一定的指导性。 | en_US |

dc.description.other-abstract | Tourism has become the new growth area for China's fast growing economy in recent years. Travelling is increasingly popular among Chinese tourists. The trends towards travelling are also generating demand for more family friendly, personalised and diverse tourism products. Independent travel has become popular, on the other hand, domestic package tour travel has greatly reduced. Shangri-La city in Yunnan province is one of the famous tourism destinations. Without doubt, the new trend of tourism market has a direct effect on the development of local tourism enterprises in Shangri-La. Today, Shangri-La tourism enterprises are facing several problems: shortage of skilled human resources, streamline the business, environmental damage, etc. This paper aims to propose solutions to the existing problems and develop a sustainable tourism strategy for tourism industry in Shangri-la, Yunnan. PEST analysis, Porter five forces model, and SWOT analysis has been used to analyse the external and the internal environment of Shangri-La tourism enterprises. A comparative study has been done by comparing Shangri-La with other famous tourism destinations in and outside of China. Thus a sustainable tourism strategy has been developed. It has positive and realistic meanings for the sustainable and effective development of tourism enterprises in Shangri-La, Yunnan Province, the PRC. | en_US |
