dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1) เพื่อการศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานีและ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานีใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการนิเทศการสอน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล การศึกษา และด้านสื่อการสอน ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ผู้บริหารครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้คือแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ขอ้ มูลได้แก่ค่าความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัย พบว่า1)การศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัด ปทุมธานี มีการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดปทุมธานีด้านการนิเทศการสอน สถานศึกษาควรมีการนิเทศภายใน ติดตามและประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน สถานศึกษา ควรมีการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนรู้ฝึกทักษะกระบวนการคิดควบคู่ไปกับการปฏิบัติด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ควรศึกษาวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาพื้นฐาน พ.ศ. 2551 ประเมินและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและสาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล การศึกษา สถานศึกษา ควรมีการส่งเสริมให้มีการวดัผล ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้และตัวชี้วัด มีการวดัผลและประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านสื่อการสอนสถานศึกษา ควรมีการวางแผนในการจัดหา จัดทำ พัฒนา หรือผลิตสื่อการเรียนการสอน	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The objectives of this research were 1) to study the academic administration of secondary schools in Muang District, Pathumthani Province and 2) to propose academic administration guidelines in 5 aspects: teaching supervision, teaching and learning, curriculum and curriculum administration, assessment and evaluation, and instructional media. The population of the research was administrators and teachers in secondary schools in Muang District, Pathumthani Province. The samples were 205 administrators and teachers in secondary schools in Muang District, Pathumthani Province. The instrument was a 5-point scale questionnaire with a reliability value of .89. The statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result revealed that the overall performance of the academic administration of the secondary schools was at a high level. The research proposed guidelines for each of the 5 aspects of academic administration. First of all, schools should carry out the internal supervision, follow up, and evaluate the use of curriculums appropriately. Secondly, teaching and learning activities should be designed to develop students’ thinking and practical skills. Thirdly, schools should study the National Core Curriculum 2008 (B.E. 2551) to improve their curriculums and localrelated content. Fourthly, schools should continuously conduct assessment and evaluation based on the required learning standards and indicators. Finally, schools should have a plan to prepare, produce or develop appropriate teaching materials.	en_US
