dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพมหานครและ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ตำแหน่งงาน และอายุราชการของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขต ภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 191 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ T-test (Independent t-test) และ F-test (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง ทาการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Sheffe’s Methods) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันระดับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาด้านเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ, ด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา, ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมบรรยากาศในการปฏิบัติงาน, ด้านความมั่นคงในการทำงาน, ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน, ด้านนโยบายต่าง ๆ ในการปฏิบัติงาน, และด้านความสำเร็จในการทางานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับขวัญกาลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ตำแหน่งงาน และอายุราชการ ผลปรากฏว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The purpose of this research were to study 1) the current conditions, morale levels of teachers and educational personnel in schools under the Phasicharoen district office in Bangkok and 2) to compare the performance morale of teachers and educational personnel in schools under the Phasicharoen district office in Bangkok. The sample group were 191 teachers and educational personnel classified by gender, age, job position, government age teachers in schools under the Phasicharoen district office in Bangkok. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaires with a reliability value of 0.93. The statistical data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test (independent t-test) and f-test (one-way ANOVA). Test the difference of the average was lay a pair by the way of scheffe’s method. The results of the research were as follows: 1)the level of morale of teachers and educational personnel in schools under the Phrasicharoen district office in Bangkok, was at a high level. Followed by the financial and welfare, the administration, the environment and atmosphere in working, the stability, the interaction between, the supervisors, the colleges, the policies, and the success to be accepted, was at a moderate level. 2) To make comparison the level of morale in work classified by gender, age, job position and government age. The results showed that there was a significant difference at .05 level.	en_US
