| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่นจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่นจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งมีจำนวน 175 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅ ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน( SD) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปก ครองท้องถิ่นจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามโดยภาพรวม พบว่า การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ =3.62,SD=0.97) รองลงมา คือการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ (x̅ =3.58,SD=0.94) อย่างไรก็ดี พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล (x̅ =3.43,SD=1.07) และการมีส่วนร่วมปฏิบัติการ(x̅ =3.20,SD =1.06) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนในด้านการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในภาพรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 2 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก(=3.80,SD=0.94) ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร(x̅ =3.70,SD=0.94) ส่วนด้านที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย (=3.57,SD =0.94) ด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย(x̅ =3.13,SD=1.03) และด้านบุคลากร (x̅ =2.94,SD=1.24) ตามลำดับ | en_US |

| dc.description.other-abstract | The purposes of this research were to study the participatory administration in early childhood education management of child development centers under the department of local administration Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The sample group was child development centers under the department of local administration Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province consisted of 175places. The research instruments was a rating scale questionnaire. The data have been analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study indicated that overall of the participatory administration in early childhood education management of child development centers under the department of local administration Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province findings revealed that the participate administration of benefits was at a high level (x̅ =3.62,SD=0.97) , the participation in decision making ( x̅ =3.58,SD=0.94) , the participation administration in the evaluation ( x̅ =3.43,SD=1.07) and the participation administration in operation were at medium level . The overall operation of early childhood development centers and academic and curricular activities(( x̅ =3.80,SD=0.94) ( x̅ =3.70,SD =0.94))were at a high level ; building , environment and safety (x̅ =3.57,SD=0.94) were at medium level , the network promotion of an early childhood development ( x̅ =3.13,SD =1.03) were on so and personal (x̅ =2.94,SD=1.24) respectively. | en_US |
