dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่า PNI modified และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของสภาพที่เป็นจริง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงผลรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพ ที่พึงประสงค์ผลรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ความต้องการจำเป็น ได้ค่าเฉลี่ย เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการเรียนการสอน, ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในการพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพ, ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม, และด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศพื้นฐาน 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู (1) ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการเรียนการสอน ควรวิเคราะห์สารสนเทศ พัฒนา และนำเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามาใช้ในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียน (2) ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการพัฒนาตนเองและวิชาชีพ ควรมีการพัฒนานวัตกรรมใหม่อยู่เสมอ (3) ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ควรศึกษา และทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับลิขสิทธิ์ของโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ และ (4) ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศพื้นฐาน ควรศึกษาการใช้โปรแกรมบำรุงรักษา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานของคอมพิวเตอร์	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	This research aimed to 1) investigate the reality and expectations of secondary school teachers, 2) discover their needs, and 3) propose guidelines for the development of information technology competencies. The subjects were 240 teachers from secondary schools in Pathumthani Province. The research employed a set of questionnaires with 5-point scale questions with a confidence level of 0.91. The data were analysed to discover means, PNImodified, and standard deviation. The results revealed that 1) the overall real status and the overall expected status were at a high level and a highest level, respectively. 2) In terms of needs, the mean scores were ranked in the following order: information technology application in instruction, information technology application in self and professional development, information technology application as required by law and morality, and basic information technology application. 3) The guidelines for the development of information technology competencies included, (1) in terms of information technology application in instruction, the teachers were recommended to analyse, develop, and apply information technology to the establishment of learning environment; (2) in terms of information technology application in self and professional development, the teachers should always develop new innovations; (3) in terms of information technology application as required by law and morality, they were recommended to study software patents and copyrights; and (4) in terms of basic information technology application, they should learn how to use maintenance software in order to enhance the effectiveness of computers.	en_US
