| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นในการนิเทศภายในด้านวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร 2 เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการนิเทศภายในด้านวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยจำนวน 201 คน โดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และเมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่า PNImodifird ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ของสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของความต้องการจำเป็นนิเทศภายในด้านงานวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านหลักสูตรมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล ด้านการเรียนการสอน ส่วนด้านสื่อการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยตํ่าสุด สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของความต้องการจำเป็นนิเทศภายในด้านงานวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการเรียนการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผลส่วนด้านสื่อการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยตํ่าสุด เมื่อพิจารณาด้านความต้องการจำเป็นที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนาทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการเรียนการสอน (2) ด้านสื่อการสอน (3) ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล (4) ด้านหลักสูตร 2) แนวทางการนิเทศภายในด้านวิชาการของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า (1) ด้านหลักสูตรมีแนวทางการนิเทศภายในอยู่ 7 ด้าน (2) ด้านการเรียนการสอนมีแนวทางการนิเทศภายในอยู่ 4 ด้าน (3) ด้านสื่อการสอนมีแนวทางการนิเทศภายในอยู่ 4 ด้าน และ(4) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลมีแนวทางการนิเทศภายในอยู่ 6 ด้าน |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objective of this research was to study the current and desirable conditions of the needs for academic internal supervision of teachers in schools under the NongKhaem District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the guidelines for internal supervision of education in schools under the NongKhaem District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample of this study was 201 teachers in schools under the NongKhaem District Office, Bangkok. Using the tables of Krejcie & Morgan. A five-scale rating questionnaire was used as a research instrument with a reliability of 0.95. Data was analyzed by mean, PNImodifird standard deviation. The results of this study indicated that overall current condition of the needs for academic internal supervision of teachers in schools under the NongKhaem District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level. When individual aspects were considered, an aspect with the highest mean was instruction, followed by curriculum, measurement and evaluation. Teaching material had the lowest mean. The needs for improvement were arranged from the highest to the lowest means as follows:1) instruction, 2) teaching material, 3) measurement and evaluation, and 4) crriculum. The guidelines for internal supervision of education in schools under the NongKhaem District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration the aspects of 1) curriculum had 7 guidelines for internal supervision 2) instruction had 4 guidelines for internal supervision 3) teaching material had 4 guidelines for internal supervision and 4) measurement and evaluation had 6 guidelines for internal supervision. |
