| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาวิธีการสกัดแอนโทไซยานินจากดอกอัญชันและวิธีการทำสบู่เหลวผสมสารสกัดจากดอกอัญชันเพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาบทปฏิบัติการเคมี เรื่อง การทำสบู่เหลวผสมสารสกัดแอนโทไซยานินจากดอกอัญชัน สำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชา เคมี เรื่อง สารละลาย เพื่อศึกษาผลการเรียนรู้วิชา เคมี เรื่อง สารละลาย ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่ได้เรียนบทปฏิบัติการเคมี เรื่อง การทำสบู่เหลวผสมสารสกัดแอนโทไซยานินจากดอกอัญชันและสร้างเสริมทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ให้กับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่ได้เรียนบทปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ทีาพัฒนาขึ้นกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปี การศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ นนทบุรี จำนวน 54 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ซึ่งการวิจัยได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) การเตรียมพัฒนาบทปฏิบัติการโดยการทดลองในห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ 2) การพัฒนาและวิเคราะห์คุณภาพของบทปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 3 บท ได้แก่ การเตรียมสารละลายสกัดแอนโทไซยานินจากดอกอัญชัน, การเตรียมสารละลาย และการทำสบู่เหลวผสมสารสกัดแอนโทไซยานินจากดอกอัญชัน และ 3) ใช้บทปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนเรื่อง สารละลายผลการวิจัย พบว่า จากผลการทดลองในห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ สามารถนำไปพัฒนาบทปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ได้ ซึ่งบทปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมากและมีประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 เท่ากับ 95.06/90.56 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์มีผลการเรียนรู้หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทีระดับ.01 และนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์มีทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The purposes of this research were: To prepare of anthocyanin from butterfly pea based liquid soap in order to develop laboratory on preparation of anthocyanin from butterfly pea based liquid soap for learning in chemistry subject, To study learning achievement and promote scientific process skills for Mattayomsuksa 5 students at Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn Nonthaburi school. The sample used in this study are 54 Mattayomsuksa 5/2 students at Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn Nonthaburi school, obtained using the purposive selection sampling technique. The procedure of the research consisted of: 1) performing the scientific experiments in laboratory, 2) developing and investigating the qualities of the science laboratory directions which comprised 3 chapters a) Preparation of anthocyanin from butterfly pea, b) Preparing solution and c) Preparation of anthocyanin from butterfly pea based liquid soap, 3) Use laboratory are developed for learning of solution story in chemistry. The study findings were as follows: the results gained from the experiments performed in the laboratory were applicable for innovating the science laboratory directions. Laboratory directions developed were highly qualified and the effectiveness of the demonstration set of 95.06/90.56. The post-test scores about learning achievement were significantly higher than pretest scores at the .01 level and scientific process skills after learning were significantly higher than before learning at .01 level. |
