| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพปีที่ 1 โดยเปรียบเทียบผลการทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ของนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 โดยการใช้กิจกรรมการอ่านเพิ่มเติมภาษาอังกฤษและเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนในการพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านโดยการใช้กิจกรรมการอ่านเพิ่มเติมภาษาอังกฤษ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมืองภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 แผนกแว่นตาและเลนส์โดยมีนักเรียนรวมทั้งสิ้น 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือกิจกรรมการอ่านเพิ่มเติมภาษาอังกฤษ แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการอ่านเพิ่มเติมภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพปีที่ 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนทดสอบหลังเรียนด้วย กิจกรรมการอ่านเพิ่มเติมภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพปีที่ 1 สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ความพึงพอใจในการใช้กิจกรรมการอ่านเพิ่มเติมภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพปีที่ 1 อยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.77 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this research were to 1) develop English reading skill of first-year vocational students by comparing the scores between pre-test and post-test 2) evaluate the satisfaction of first-year vocational students towards English reading skill development using the English extensive reading activity. The population of the research was nine first-year vocational students in Optical Dispensing Program of Donmuang Technical College. Research instruments were English extensive reading activity; pre-test and post-test, Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation (S.D.), and t-test were used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows: The scores of the students’ post-test were significantly higher than those of the pre-test scores at the level of p-value < 0.01 which is concurred to the hypothesis. The level of satisfaction in first-year vocational students towards English reading skill development using English extensive reading activity was at the high level of 3.77 which is concurred to the hypothesis. |
