dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงของการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพที่เป็นจริงการทาำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการทาำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอนและบุคลากรในโรงเรียนสังกัดการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 156 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และ การ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับสภาพการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดย เรียงค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 3 ลำดับ ดังนี้ การนำวิธีการหรือนวัตกรรมไปใช้ การสำรวจและ การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การกำหนดวิธีการในการแก้ไขปัญหา ตามลำดับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพที่ เป็นจริงของการทาำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนพบว่าตำแหน่งงานสัมพันธ์กับการสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) แนวทางการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน 5 ด้านมีแนวทางดังนี้ (1) ด้านการสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ครูควรทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนอย่างสร้างสรรค์ (2) ด้านการ กำหนดวิธีการในการแก้ปัญหา ควรจัดประชุมสัมมนาให้ครูได้รับคำปรึกษาแนะนำจากผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา (3) ด้านการพัฒนาวิธีการหรือนวัตกรรม ควรส่งเสริมให้ครูใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ปัญหา โดยวิธีการเชิงระบบ (4) ด้านนำวิธีการหรือนวัตกรรมไปใช้ ควรจัดอบรมให้ครูสามารถใช้สถิติการ วิจัยเพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (5) ด้านสรุปผล ควรจัดเวทีให้ครูได้นาำเสนอผลงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The objectives of this research were to explore the real status of the development of classroom research, to compare the reality among categories, and to investigate possible approaches for classroom research. The subjects were 156 teachers from schools under Pathumthani Provincial Administration Organization. The data were collected from 5-point scale questionnaires and analyzed statistically using means, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The result showed that the real status of classroom research was at a high level. Three highest mean scores were displayed by Application of methodology or innovation, Survey and problem analysis, and Selection of solutions, respectively. The result of the comparison revealed that work position significantly correlated with Survey and problem analysis with a significance level of .05. The research proposed five approaches for the development of classroom research. First of all, in terms of Survey and problem analysis, teachers should conduct creative classroom research. Secondly, in terms of Selection of solutions, there should be a teacher seminar where school administrators could give them useful advice. Thirdly, in terms of the Development of methodology or innovations, teachers should be encouraged to systematically apply problem analytical tools. Fourthly, in terms of Application of methodology or innovation, teachers should be provided with training in statistical analysis. Finally, in terms of Conclusion, there should be a platform where teachers could present their classroom research	en_US
