Abstract: 在本文中,以中小企业为研究对象,探讨员工一组织关系、心理契约和员工 忠诚度三者的关系,深入解析三者之间的关系。首先,归纳整合了中国与之相关 的研究资料,并在研究资料前提下,搭建出三者之间的理论模型开展研究。其次, 划分选择变量的维度,并基于成熟量表基础上,完成调查问卷的编写。总共发放 问卷 450份回收300份。在收集得到的数据基础上,结合统计软件进行具体分析; 对假设的理论进行验证并加以分析。在分析结果的前提下,并得出相应的研究结 论。第一,对于员工的忠诚度而言,员工一组织关系起到显著正相关的关系。第 二,在员工忠诚度和员工一组织关系之间,心理契约起到了部分衔接作用
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: In this research study, small and medium-sized enterprises were selected as the sample, and then, the relationship among employee-organizational relationship, psychological contract and employee loyalty were explored. Afterwards, the researcher analyzed the relationship between the three in depth. First of all, the researcher summarized and integrated relevant research data domestically and internationally, and built a theoretical model among the three research studies to carry out the research under the premise of research data. Second, the researcher divided the dimensions of the selected variables, and completed the questionnaire based on the maturity scale. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed, and 300 were collected. On the basis of the collected data combined with statistical software processing and specific analysis, the hypothetical theory was verified and analyzed. On the premise of analyzing the results, the corresponding research conclusions were drawn. First, in terms of employee loyalty, the employee-organization relationship is significantly positively correlated. Second, between employee loyalty and employee-organizational relationship, the psychological contract has played a part in the connection
