dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความ ต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ 2 การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ในปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 350 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม ส่วนผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนีความสำคัญของลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของข้าราชการครู สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅=3.49, S.D.=.68) และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของข้าราชการครู สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.24, S.D.=.61) ส่วนความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของข้าราชการครูที่มี ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดคือ ด้านการค้นหาแหล่งสนับสนุน (PNImodified=.249) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะ (PNImodified=.234) ด้านการจัดการทีมนวัตกรรม (PNImodified=.211) ด้านการ สร้างทีม (PNImodified=.209) ด้านสมรรถนะของผู้นำ (PNImodified=.201) และด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศ ในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม (PNImodified=.190)en_US

dc.description.other-abstractThis research aimed to explore the current and desired states, needs for innovation leadership development. The subjects were 350 teachers under the supervision of Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2020. The instruments were a questionnaire and semi-structure interviews with three key informants. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and modified priority needs index (PNImodified). The result revealed that the current state and the desired state of innovation leadership of the teachers were at a moderate level (X􀴤=3.49, S.D.=.68) and at a high level (X􀴤=4.24, S.D.=.61), respectively. According to the result of need analysis, the highest ranges of PNImodified was displayed by support seeking (PNImodified=.249), followed by skill development (PNImodified=.234), innovation team management ( PNImodified=.211), team building ( PNImodified=.209), leadership performance (PNImodified=.201), and the creation of innovative climate (PNImodified=.190), respectivelyen_US
