| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนกลางในโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จังหวัดปทุมธานี เขต 1 ใน 5 ด้าน คือ การบริหารหลักสูตร การนิเทศการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวิชาการ และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนกลางของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ตามสถานะ อายุ ประสบการณ์และวุฒิการศึกษา (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนกลาง ในโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารจำนวน 10 คน ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 30 คน รวมทั้งหมดจำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test และการทดสอบ One Way ANOVA ที่ระดับนัยสาคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนกลางในด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร การนิเทศการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวิชาการ และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนอยู่ในระดับดี ทั้ง 5 ด้าน (2) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีสถานะและอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนกลางไม่แตกต่างกัน ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ส่วนผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทางานที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนกลางแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ใน 2 ด้านคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ใน 2 ด้านคือ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน (3) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนให้ข้อเสนอแนะว่า การบริหารหลักสูตรและการนิเทศการศึกษาควรทำอย่างเป็นระบบ และทาอย่างต่อเนื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนควรเน้นการนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวิชาการควรสอดแทรกการใช้ภาษาจีนในทุกกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน และการวัดและประเมินผลควรวัดและประเมินผลให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน | en_US |

| dc.description.other-abstract | The purposes of this research were to (1) Management Education teaching Mandarin in upper secondary school of Pathumtani education office area there are 5 areas there are curriculum; educational supervision; learning and teaching; the academic activities and measurement and evaluation (2) compare administrators and teachers opinions about the management of teaching Mandarin by status; age; experience and educational background (3) study problems and suggestions about teaching Mandarin in upper secondary school. This research was involved 10 administrators and 30 teachers in total 40 people. The instrument used for data collection was queries and the statistics used in research were average; percentage; standard deviation; t-test and One Way ANOVA. Significance at .05. The major findings were (1) The administrators and teachers opinions were good in the 5 areas of curriculum; educational supervision; learning and teaching; the academic activities and measurement and evaluation about the management of teaching Mandarin (2) The administrators and teachers have different status and age. They don’t have difference of opinion in the 5 areas about the management of teaching Mandarin. The administrators and teachers have different working experiences. They have different opinions in 2 areas about the management of teaching Mandarin. That is management of teaching and evaluation of learning. Statistically significant at level .05. The administrators and teachers have different educational background, have different opinions in 2 areas about the management of teaching Mandarin that is educational supervision and evaluation of learning. (3) The administrators and teachers suggest that the curriculum and educational supervision should be done in a systematic and continuous way. Learning and teaching should focus on using mandarin in daily life. Mandarin should be included in all school activities. Measurement and evaluation should be suitable for all learners. | en_US |
