| dc.description.abstract | ในการศึกษาวิจัย เรื่อง การศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมในการทางานที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสาร มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างทางด้านปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสาร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพแวดล้อมในการทางานกับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสาร 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภายในกับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสาร 4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภายนอกกับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสารจำนวน 337 คน ซึ่งมีตัวแปรอิสระ คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมในการทางาน ปัจจัยภายใน และปัจจัยภายนอก โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เฉพาะรายได้ต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 องค์ประกอบของสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน 1 ด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 คือ สภาพการทำงาน ปัจจัยภายในมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิต พบว่ามีตัวแปรอิสระของปัจจัยภายในทั้ง 2 ด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสาร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 คือ ด้านสุขภาพและด้านจิตใจ ปัจจัยภายนอกมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตพบว่ามีตัวแปรอิสระของปัจจัยภายนอก 2 ด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนกรมการทหารสื่อสารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 คือ ด้านครอบครัว และด้านเศรษฐกิจ | en_US |

The objectives of this research will be stated as follows: 1) To study a different personal characteristics affecting quality of life for noncommissioned officers of Signal Department. 2) To study the relationship between work environment and quality of life for noncommissioned officers of Signal Department. 3) To study the relationship between internal personal and quality of life for noncommissioned officers of Signal Department. 4) To study the relationship between external personal and quality of life for noncommissioned officers of Signal Department. The samples used in this research are noncommissioned officers of Signal Department, the total amount of samples is 337 personnel. Independent variables are including: personal characteristics, work environment, internal personal and external personal. Questionnaires are used for collecting data and statistics received are analyzed by SPSS program for processing significant results. The results of this research indicate that a different incomes was affecting quality of life significant. Working conditions related to quality of life significant. Health and mentality related to quality of life significant. The family and the economy related to quality of life significant. | en_US |
