| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการเตรียม ความพร้อมในการเกษียณอายุราชการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเกษียณอายุราชการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ มัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 261 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Pereentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเตรียมความพร้อมในการเกษียณอายุราชการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสุขภาพ ร่างกาย และจิตใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ข้อเสนอแนะ ในการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเกษียณอายุราชการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามี ดังต่อไปนี้ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสุขภาพร่างกายและจิตใจ เมื่อถึงวัย 45 ปี หลังจากนั้น ควรเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสังคม เตรียมความพร้อมด้านครอบครัว และเตรียมความพร้อมด้านเศรษฐกิจ ตามลําดับ |

When each aspect was considered the health preparation was in the high level. 2. The suggestion was of this study: The school executives should prepare their health when the ages reach to 45 years. After that they should prepare for their family life. Social status and their economic respectively. The purposes of this surveying research were (1) to study the preparation for retirement of school executives in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok. (2) to study the problems and suggestions of school executives about the preparation for their retirements. The population of this study were 261 Secondary schools administrators in Secondary education services area 2 Bangkok. The tool of the research was a 5 scale questionnaire. The data to be analyzed by using Frequency, Percentage, Mean (µ), Standard deviation (σ), and Content analysis. |
