Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาการนำอินเทอร์เน็ตมาประยุกต์ใช้สนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนนักเรียนพิการทางการได้ยินระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย บุคลากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ นักเรียนพิการทางการได้ยินระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา เขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล จำนวน 177 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 48 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักเรียนพิการทางการได้ยินชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล โดยภาพรวมมีความสามารถในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตด้านความบันเทิงและด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่ครูผู้สอนยังขาดการประยุกต์ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเสริมการเรียนการสอน และขาดความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมผลิตสื่อออนไลน์ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอนสำหรับนักเรียนพิการทางการได้ยิน ดังนี้ สถาบันการศึกษาต้องมีนโยบายที่ชัดเจนในการนำอินเทอร์เน็ตมาใช้สนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน สนับสนุนงบประมาณเพื่อจัดหาคอมพิวเตอร์และวางระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตที่มีความเร็วสูง หน่วยงานรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดอบรมความรู้แก่ครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการเรียนการสอน ผลิตบทเรียนออนไลน์ (E-learning) รายวิชาต่างๆ และบทเรียนออนไลน์ (E-learning) ด้านอาชีพสำหรับนักเรียนพิการทางการได้ยินระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายให้สามารถเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตัวเองเหมือนนักเรียนปกติทั่วไป
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	The purposes of this paper is to propose guidelines for applying the Internet to support in teaching of the hearing-impaired students in the high schools. In total, there were 225 respondents. Of these, 177 were hearing-impaired students and 48 were teachers in the high schools for the Deaf in Bangkok and Metropolitan area. Questionnaire were used to collect data. From the result, it was found that : 1) Over all, the hearing-impaired high school students in Bangkok and Metropolitan area had a high level of the Internet usage for the entertainment and communication. The Internet usage for education was at a medium level. Despite this, teachers had lack of knowledge in producing the online materials and interactive teaching application. 2) Guidelines for the development of the Internet to support teaching and learning for students with hearing impairment. as follows: Institutions must have clear policies in bringing the Internet to support teaching and learning. Support to provide computers and the Internet at high speed. Agencies with relevant training, educating teachers about the application of the Internet for teaching and learning. Produce learning (E-learning) courses and learning (E-learning) career for students with hearing impairment in high school that they can to learn freely as if they were normal students
