| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจปรับเปลี่ยนระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสู่ระบบ Cloud Computing (การประมวลผลแบบกลุ่มเมฆ) ทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือกลุ่มผู้ที่ทำงานในภาครัฐภายใต้กระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และภาคเอกชน ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศรวมทั้งสิ้น 405 ชุด วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และใช้โปรแกรมสาเร็จรูปในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความคิดเห็นของทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่มีต่อทั้งสามองค์ประกอบในการตัดสินใจ (องค์ประกอบส่วนบุคคล องค์ประกอบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และองค์ประกอบด้านองค์กร) ในการปรับเปลี่ยนระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็น Cloud Computing อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพบว่าอายุที่แตกต่างกัน การศึกษา และระยะเวลาการทางาน ไม่มีผลต่อระดับความคิดเห็นเรื่ององค์ประกอบด้านองค์กรในการตัดสินใจใช้ Cloud Computing ที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 อย่างไรก็ตาม พบว่าภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน มีระดับความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกันต่อองค์ประกอบส่วนบุคคล องค์ประกอบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และองค์ประกอบด้านองค์กรที่ใช้ในการตัดสินใจตัดสินใจปรับเปลี่ยนระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสู่ระบบ Cloud Computing ที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | This research aimed to study the elements in decision making from both public and private sectors in order to modify the information technology system into Cloud Computing system. A total of 405 samples were distributed to staff in government sectors under the Ministry of Information Technology and Communication and staff of private organizations. This research survey used questionnaire to collect the primary data. The results of the research were that both government and private sectors’ opinion toward all three elements in decision making (personal element, environment element, and organization element) to modify the information technology system into Cloud Computing are at moderate level. It was also found that the different age, education background and working experience did not contribute to different level of opinion toward the organization element for making decision in using Cloud Computing with statistical significant at 0.05. However, government and private sectors have different level of opinion toward the three elements in decision making to modify information technology system into Cloud Computing with statistical significant at 0.05 |
