| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจของผู้ต้องขังในการศึกษาต่อในเรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจของผู้ต้องขังในการศึกษาต่อในเรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำกลางพระนครศรีอยุธยาที่กำลังศึกษาต่อภายในเรือนจำ ซึ่งทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 400 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติและวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อของผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำโดยใช้การทดสอบ t-test และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อในเรือนจากลางพระนครศรีอยุธยา ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา ฐานความผิด ระยะเวลาต้องโทษ ระยะเวลาจำคุกมาแล้ว ระยะเวลาโทษที่เหลือต่างกันมีแรงแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อในเรือนจาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านสถานภาพภูมิลำเนา อาชีพก่อนต้องโทษ รายได้ก่อนต้องโทษ จำนวนครั้งที่ต้องโทษต่างกัน มีแรงแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อในเรือนจำไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อของผู้ต้องขังเรือนจาทั้ง 3 ด้าน พบว่า ผู้ต้องขังเรือนจำ ให้ความสาคัญกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ต้องขังให้ความสำคัญด้านเหตุผลส่วนตัว ( Χ = 4.16) เป็นอันดับ 1 ให้ความสำคัญด้านวิชาการสถานศึกษา ( Χ = 3.78) เป็นอันดับ 2 และด้านบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ( Χ = 3.77) เป็นอันดับ 3 ตามลำดับ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The purposes of this study aimed to 1 ) Study the factors affecting the motivation of prisoners to study in the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Central Prison; 2) To suggest guidelines for enhancing the motivation of the prisoners to study in the Ayutthaya Central Prison. This is quantitative research. The population used in this study were prisoners in the Ayutthaya Central Prison who are continuing their education in the prison. The data were collected using questionnaires of 400 people which were analyzed using statistics and comparative analysis of factors affecting motivation for further education among prison inmates using t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA). The results showed that the personal factors affecting the motivation to study in the Ayutthaya Central Prison were age factor, level of education, the base of offense, and duration of punishment imprisonment, different period lengths of remaining prison sentences affected different motivations for further study in prisons with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. Additionally, personal factors in terms of status, domicile, occupation before punishment, gained income before punishment and different number of penalties affected strong motivation for further education in prison with no different. According to the results of the study of factors affecting motivation for further education among prison inmates in 3 areas, it was discovered that prison inmates focused on factors affecting their motivation to continue education in general at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the prisoners gave importance to personal reasons ( Χ = 4.16) ranked first, followed by academic institutions ( Χ = 3.78) ranked second, and related persons ( Χ = 3.77) ranked third respectively. |
