| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการงานเครื่องมือแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลของประเทศ สปป. ลาว เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนากลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริหารและผู้ดูแลบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือแพทย์ที่มีบทบาทหน้าที่ในการบริหารจัดการเครื่องมือแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลส่วนกลาง โรงพยาบาลประจำภาค และโรงพยาบาลจังหวัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการงานเครื่องมือแพทย์ 2) แบบสอบถามความต้องการใช้ แนวทางการบริหารจัดการงานเครื่องมือแพทย์ และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการจะใช้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการงานเครื่องมือแพทย์โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการงานเครื่องมือแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลของประเทศ สปป. ลาว มี 11 แนวทางได้แก่การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล การจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง การทดสอบและตรวจสอบเครื่องมือแพทย์ก่อนการตรวจรับ การจัดทำทะเบียนเครื่องมือแพทย์ การตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข การสอบเทียบและการทวนสอบ การบริหารจัดการสัญญาการให้บริการทางเทคนิค การบริหารจัดการชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงและการยกเลิกการใช้และการแทงจำหน่ายเครื่องมือ และ 2) ผลการสำรวจความต้องการใช้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการงานเครื่องมือแพทย์พบว่าผู้บริหาร และผู้ดูแลบารุงรักษาเครื่องมือแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลมีความต้องการใช้แนวทางอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X̅=4.45,SD=0.70) และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้แนวทางอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X̅=4.68,SD=0.59) จากผลของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำให้ได้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการงานเครื่องมือแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลของประเทศ สปป. ลาว ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางที่จะช่วยให้ผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานทางด้านเครื่องมือแพทย์มีแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการ และการปฏิบัติงานที่ได้มาตรฐาน และยั่งยืนตลอดจนสร้างประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลและมาตรฐานในการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพของประชาชนให้กับประเทศ สปป. ลาว | en_US |

| dc.description.other-abstract | The objective of this study was to develop guidelines for the management of medical devices in hospitals located in Laos. The samples in the study were executives and medical device maintenance officers who were responsible for the management of medical devices in central hospitals, regional hospitals, and provincial hospitals in Loas. The instruments used in the study were 1) the guidelines for the management of medical devices, 2) the questionnaire on the need of using the medical device management guidelines, and 3) the assessment form on the satisfaction towards the use of guidelines for the management of medical devices. The statistics used in the study included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that there were 11 aspects which should be included in the medical device management in hospitals, namely human resource management, procurement, testing and commissioning, inventory, inspection and preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration and verification, service contract management, spare parts management, risk management, and decommissioning and disposal of medical devices. In addition, it was found that the hospital executives and medical device maintenance officers had the highest demand for medical device management guidelines (x̄=4.45, SD=0.70) and their satisfaction with the medical device management guidelines was at the highest level (x̄=4.68, SD=0.59). The results of this study could bring about the guidelines for the management of medical devices in hospitals located in Laos. These guidelines could help the executives and medical device operators to manage the system effectively and sustainably as well as create standards in healthcare services in Laos. | en_US |
