dc.description.abstractThis paper aimed to study the influencing factors of the COVID-19 Epidemic on customers’ value perception, focusing on those staying at Chengjiang Xiaowan Residential Village, Yunnan, during the COVID-19 epidemic. The instruments were unstructured interviews through a formal questionnaire and an interview form to obtain data in four dimensions: quality demand, function demand, extension demand, and price demand. The respondents were practitioners, residents, managers, and Internet commentators in the area. Data were analyzed using statistics, and factors affecting customers’ perception and the satisfaction during the epidemic were verified. The research suggested the use of SWOT analysis in combination of the improvement of customers’ satisfaction for future development. The result of the research could be an inspiration and reference for the sustainable development of B & B industry in Ethnic Minority Areas during the epidemic.en_US

dc.description.other-abstract本文选择对新冠疫情期间对云南民宿顾客感知价值影响因素进行研究,并以 澄江小湾民宿村作为研究对象。首先,旅游业作为云南经济发展重要的一环,在 新冠疫情中受到了巨大的影响。其次,民宿作为一种新兴业态,更是首当其冲, 面对重大公共卫生事件对相关从业者切身利益不断损失。梳理前人研究成果和借 鉴中国及国外行业“抗疫”的成功经验,研究疫情对民宿的影响,在保证抗疫成 果的同时,充分利用当前资源,重新思考如何发展民宿是非常有必要的。 本文以民宿业可持续发展为前提,在新冠肺炎疫情蔓延,中国抗疫防控取得 初步成效的背景下,以顾客感知价值理论为基础,顾客满意度和营销管理为方向, 在进行文献研究、非结构化访谈和现场考察后,将得到的疫情期间影响民宿消费 者感知变化为依据,通过前往云南澄江市调研和网络询问的方式,把结果按照“品 质需求、功能需求、外延需求和价格需求”四个维度进行分类筛选,得到了正式 的调查问卷和访谈提纲。分别对玉溪澄江小湾民宿村从业者、民宿项目管理者、 住宿者以及网络评论者等进行问卷调查后,通过对调查结果统计分析,验证了新 冠疫情期间影响民宿消费者感知变化和影响满意度的因素。 最后通过运用SWOT 分析法,结合玉溪澄江小湾民宿村在疫情期间顾客满意 度的变化情况,给小湾民宿村未来发展提出一些建议,希望对疫情期间的民族地 区民宿行业可持续发展提供一些启发和参考。en_US
