dc.description.abstractChina is rich in mineral resources, but its per capita possession is small. Therefore, most of the mine resources depend on imports. However, due to the impact of the COVID-19, ore imports have been hindered, and managers engaged in small and medium-sized mining enterprises still have a low level of education, lacking professional system management knowledge and managing companies based on their experience. Therefore, tis paper aimed to investigate the operation of Company W, a Chinese mining company, and analyze its comprehensive management to provide a new reference for the management analysis for similar small and medium-sized companies. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews following Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the Employee Boston Model, and the informants were selected through stratified sampling. Data were analyzed based on the lean management theory and the six sigma management theory. According to the result, Company W the enterprise's staff enthusiasm is poor, the management level is chaotic, shareholders communication mode is single. In view of the above problems, the new management mode needs to improve the enthusiasm of employees, rebuild the management structure, increase communication channels and so on. The study of this paper provides a new reference for the similar management analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises and provides new ideas for the management of small and medium-sized mining enterprises.en_US

dc.description.other-abstract中国是矿产资源富饶的国家,但人均占有量小。所以大部分矿场资源依赖于 进口。但由于疫情的影响,矿石进口受到了阻碍。但从事中小型矿业企业的管理 者文化水平偏低,不具备专业的系统管理知识,多半根据经验对企业进行管理。 目前所收集到的文献极更多倾向于矿业公司的投资和安全问题的分析,而对的企 业管理的分析和研究较少,本文参考精益管理理论和六西格玛管理理论,重新构 建管理模式,以马斯洛需求层次理论和员工波士顿模型为访谈基础,对企业员工 以分层抽样的方法进行访谈。 通过研究结果发现W 矿业企业的员工积极性差,管理层级混乱,股东沟通方 式单一的问题。针对以上问题,新的管理模式需要提高员工积极性,重建管理架 构,增加沟通渠道等。本文的研究给类似中小企业管理分析提供一个新的参考, 对中小型矿业企业管理提供新的思路。en_US
