dc.description.abstractTaking Xi'an YR agricultural products company as the research object, based on the existing economics, management theory and research results at home and abroad, combined with the field research results of Xi'an YR agricultural products company, this paper studied the operation mode of the agricultural products company. Firstly, using the literature research method and referring to the latest theoretical research results of economics and management, this paper compared and analyzed the operation modes of agricultural products companies at home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of finding out the basic situation and operation status of Xi'an YR agricultural products company, this paper analyzed and summarized the problems existing in the operation of the company. At the same time, SWOT analysis and analysis of the company's internal and external operating environment were used to provide the basis for the formulation of the company's business model optimization plan. Finally, it put forward the optimized overall operation mode of the company, planned to adopt the organizational operation mode of "enterprise + professional cooperatives + farmers", and put forward specific improvement plans and optimization strategies for the company's online (e-commerce) operation mode, logistics operation mode, service operation mode and profit mode. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new operation mode, some specific safeguard measures were also proposed. The optimized operation mode improves the market competitiveness of the company and lays a solid foundation for the enterprise to give full play to its own advantages and improve its operation and management level. The research results of this paper could provide reference for the sustainable development of enterprises. The case study also enriches the relevant theoretical research and practical application of modern economics, management and marketing, and enhances the overall market competitiveness of China's agricultureen_US
