dc.description.abstract | This research takes COFCO Thailand Branch as a case study to explore the impact of e e-commerce developm ent on corporate management strategies, to analyze the compan company's h uman resource management and financial management status and to summarize the impact of e e-commerce on the enterprise’s human resource management, financial management and corporate culture i nnovation. By analyzing the management status of COFCO Thaila Thailand Br anch, this study found that the problems and causes of corporate management in the context of e e-commerce development mainly exist in organizational structure and e e-commerce environment match ing, human resource management and e e-commerce development tre trends, financial management methods and e e-commerce development requirements, and corporate culture and e e-commerce development.
