Abstract:	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับ บุคลิกภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของ นักศึกษาสถาบันการบินสำหรับโรงเรียนการบิน ข้อมูลที่ได้จะนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพของ นักศึกษาแต่ละคนให้ได้ตามเกณฑ์ของแพทย์เวชศาสตร์การบินและการตรวจความถนัดในการบินเพื่อการ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นนักบินพาณิชย์ กลุ่มประชากรหรือกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษา จำนวน 104 คน เป็นชาย 94 คน และหญิง 10 คน ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในชั้นปี ที่ 1 และชั้นปี ที่ 2 ใน ระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิชานักบินพาณิชย์ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบทดสอบวัดบุคลิกภาพ NEO ของ Paul T. Costa and Robert R. McCrae (1992) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบบุคลิกภาพ 10 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ด้านการเข้ากับผู้อื่น ด้าน การมองโลกในแง่ดี ด้านจินตนาการ ด้านความกระตือรือร้น ด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึก ด้านความวิตก กังวล ด้านความตื่นเต้น ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านความมั่นคงทางอารมณ์ และด้านโลกทัศน์แคบ ซึ่ง ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คล้อยตามทฤษฎีบุคลิกภาพของ McCrae และ Costa ที่นักศึกษาสถาบันการบินมี องค์ประกอบทางบุคลิกภาพหลายองค์ประกอบ เนื่องจากนักศึกษาที่เลือกประกอบอาชีพนักบินพาณิชย์ ควรต้องมีบุคลิกภาพที่ดีในหลายองค์ประกอบ ซึ่งนักศึกษาสถาบันการบินทุกคนก่อนทำการฝึกบินใน ชั้นปีที่ 3 ต้องได้รับใบรับรองแพทย์จากเวชศาสตร์การบิน
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	The purposes of this research were: to study the information of desirable personality of Aviation Institute Students for Flying Training Schools Commercial Pilot Aviation Institute Rangsit University. Information will be used in the development of the personality of each student to meet the standards of aviation medicine and the aptitude for a career in aviation as a commercial pilot. Population or sample used in this study were 104 students, 94 were male and 10 female students enrolled in Year 1 and Year 2 undergraduate majors commercial pilot. Data were analyzed using the NEO Personality Test Paul T. Costa and Robert R. McCrae (1992). The results of this research were as follows: The 10 elements of personality such as with the others, the optimistic, the imagination, the enthusiasm, emotional, the anxiety and excitement of the responsibility, the emotional stability and the narrow worldview. The results of this research amenable personality theory of McCrae and Costa's Institute for a student with more than three elements of personality components. Students who choose a career as a commercial pilot should have a good personality in several elements. The Aviation Institute student's prior training in the third year must be obtained of medical certificate from the aviation medicine
