| Abstract: | รายงานการวิจัย เรื่อง ทุนทางสังคมกับกระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ในการแก้ไขความยากจนของชุมชนไทยทรงดำ ตำบลรางหวาย อำเภอพนมทวน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมด้วยการวิจัยพัฒนา และการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทุนทางสังคมในการเป็นกระบวนทัศน์ช่วยแก้ปัญหาความยากจนของชาวไทยทรงดำ ตำบลรางหวาย อำเภอพนมทวน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี รวมถึงศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและปัจจัยความสำเร็จ ด้วยกระบวนการทางสังคม ผลการวิจัยแสดงข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญในการแก้ไขความยากจนของชาวไทยทรงดำ ด้วยทุนทางสังคมในการเป็นกระบวนทัศน์ 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การจัดการตนเองในระดับบุคคล 2) การจัดการตนเองในระดับครอบครัว 3) การทำงานร่วมกัน และ 4) การพัฒนากลุ่ม ได้แก่ องค์กรการเงินชุมชน ธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม และผู้ประกอบการทางสังคม ตลอดจนการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชน |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | Research report of Social Capital and the new Paradigms to Solve a Poverty issue of Thaisongdam Community, Rangwai Sub-district, Phanom Thuan District, Kanchanaburi Province was the qualitative research with modified methodology by participation action research (PAR) with research development and activity movement and, was aimed to study the social capital to be paradigms to Tackling Poverty for Thai-Song-Dam at Rangwai Sub-district, Phanom Thuan District, Kanchanaburi Province and to study problems, obstacles and success factors with social processes. The research result showed the key findings to tackling poverty for Thai-Song-Dam with four of social capital to be paradigms: 1) self-management on a personal level 2) self-management at the family level 3) collaboration 4) group development includes community finance, social business, social entrepreneurs, and community welfare |
