Abstract: | With the spread of the concept of corporate social responsibility and the continuous emergence of various social responsibility problems, all walks of life require enterprises to undertake the corresponding social responsibility. At the same time, employees will perceive CSR behavior in different ways.This paper studies the impact of corporate social responsibility on employee performance from the perspective of employees.This paper takes the employees as the research object and introduces the intermediary variables of organizational identity and job involvement. Through empirical analysis, perceived corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on organizational identity and job engagement. Finally, based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprises to fulfill their CSR, and points out the research limitations and prospects of this paper |
