dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำระบบบริหารการเงินการคลังภาครัฐแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ใหม่ (New GFMIS Thai) มาใช้ในกองทัพอากาศโดยแบ่งเป็นปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการควบคุมพื้นฐานของหน่วยงาน ปัจจัยด้านการควบคุมระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ New GFMIS Thai ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร และปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนของหน่วยงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงานงานด้านต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ New GFMIS Thai ของกองทัพอากาศ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 325 คนและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling) แสดงถึงความสอดคล้องของโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์และผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบด้านบวกต่อความสำเร็จของการนำระบบ New GFMIS Thai มาใช้ในกองทัพอากาศมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบ ฯ มีความตั้งใจและให้ความสาคัญต่อการปฏิบัติงานบนระบบ รองลงมาเป็นปัจจัยด้านระบบการควบคุมระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบโดยตรง แต่ปัจจัยด้านการควบคุมพื้นฐานของหน่วยงาน (BIA) ส่งผลกระทบทางลบเนื่องจากการเข้าถึงระบบ ฯ จำเป็นต้องใช้ควบคุมด้วยอุปกรณ์และรหัสผ่านที่มีจำนวนจำกัดมาก สำหรับปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนของหน่วยงาน พบว่าไม่มีผลกระทบใด ๆ ทั้งนี้ปัจจัยทั้งหมดสามารถอธิบายปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการนำระบบ New GFMIS Thai มาใช้ในกองทัพอากาศ ได้ 35%	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence the success of the Air Force's implementation of New Government Fiscal Management Information System (New GFMIS Thai). The sample group of the study consists practitioners involved in several fields of work on the New GFMIS Thai system. A questionnaire is utilized to obtain data from 325 participants who were chosen using purposive sampling. The result of structural equation modeling analysis demonstrates the model's consistency with empirical data. The research, moreover, discovers that personel factors with understanding of computer and the new system operations, as well as intention and concentration on work, positively influences the success of the implementation of the New GFMIS Thai system. The next factor is an operating system control factor directly tied to the new system, but when system access adjustments differ from the original system, the basic internal control factor has a negative influence. There is no influence detected for the agency's support factors. All of these factors can explain the new GFMIs Thai implementation's success of up to 35%.	en_US
