| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพเป็นจริง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการ จำเป็นการรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแห่งหนึ่ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแห่งหนึ่ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี เป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงผสมผสาน ได้ศึกษาแนวคิดของสานักงานข้าราชการพลเรือน (ก.พ.) และสถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ (องค์การมหาชน) เป็นกรอบการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 135 คน โดยใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีคือ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .954 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงการรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.825, S.D.=0.528)และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( =4.844, S.D.=0.258) 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแห่งหนึ่ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรีจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 5 คน คือ ด้านความเข้าใจ 7 แนวทาง ด้านการเข้าถึง 8 แนวทาง ด้านการสื่อสาร 12 แนวทาง ด้านการทางานร่วมกัน 10 แนวทาง ด้านความปลอดภัย 10 แนวทาง และด้านแนวปฏิบัติในสังคมดิจิทัล 8 แนวทาง รวมทั้งหมด 55 แนวทาง ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้ ได้ทราบข้อมูลถึงระดับความรู้และความเข้าใจของครูและบุคลากร ทางการศึกษา เกี่ยวกับทักษะการเข้าใจและการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเป็นสารสนเทศ และเป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เพื่อใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบายในการพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The aims of this study were 1) to study current conditions, desirable conditions and priority need of digital literacy at a secondary school in Nonthaburi and 2) to study the guidelines of digital literacy for teachers and educational personnel at a secondary school in Nonthaburi. This study employed mixed methods research methodology from the theories of Office of the Civil Service Commission and Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization). The participants in this study were 135 teachers and educational personnel selected by total sampling. The instrument used in this study includes a fiverating scale questionnaire with 6 points; understanding, access, communication, cooperation, security, and the guidelines of digital society. The statistics for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index about need assessment. The study revealed that: 1) The current conditions of digital literacy, for all aspects, were at a high level ( =3.825, S.D.=0.528) and desirable conditions of digital literacy were at a highest level ( =4.844, S.D.=0.258). 2) The guidelines of digital literacy improvement for teachers and educational personnel at a secondary school in Nonthaburi, informed by five key informants, comprise seven guidelines of understanding, eights guidelines of access, twelve guidelines of communication, ten guidelines of cooperation, ten guidelines of security, and eight guidelines of digital society, totaling fifty-five guidelines. The results of this research revealed the information about the levels of knowledge and understanding of teachers and educational personnel about digital literacy skills as information technology; moreover, they could be used as the guidelines for school administrators for formulating a policy for teacher and educational personnel improvement. |
