| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ความคาดหวังที่พึงประสงค์ และความ ต้องการจำเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทางานของครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัด สานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบเชิง บรรยาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครู จำนวน 226 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำ นวน 5 คนโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการหาดัชนีความสำคัญของลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI modifide) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทา งานของครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความคาดหวังที่พึงประสงค์การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครู ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด คือ ค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและเป็นธรรม มีค่าดัชนี (PNI modified= 0.211) 2) การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพ้นื ที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 มีแนวทางการพัฒนา คือ การเพิ่มค่าตอบแทนเพียงพอต่อการดำรงชีวิตของครู ผู้บริหารควรมอบหมายงานให้ชัดเจนและเหมาะสม การทำงานภายใต้กฎ กติกา และระเบียบที่ได้รับทราบร่วมกัน การเปิดโอกาสให้ครูได้แสดงความคิดเห็นและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้งานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย กำหนดเกณฑ์การพิจารณาเลื่อนเงินเดือนและการประเมินการปฏิบัติงานให้ชัดเจน | en_US |

| dc.description.other-abstract | The purpose of this study was to study the current conditions, desirable expectations, and essential needs, guidelines for improving the quality of working life of teachers at Opportunity Expansion School under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1. For a descriptive research study, a questionnaire was used to collect data from 226 educators for a descriptive research study. Included in the evaluation scale were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a semi-structured interview questionnaire from five experts. The data was analyzed using content analysis and requirements index prioritization (PNI modified). The findings revealed that 1) Currently, the quality of school teachers' working lives is at a high level, as is the desired development of the quality of school teachers' working lives. It was at the most significant level overall. The greatest requirement is reasonable and equitable compensation with an index value (PNI modified= 0.211); 2) As part of the development strategy of the Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1, the working conditions of school instructors will be improved to expand opportunities. This includes increasing teachers' remuneration to a level that can support their basic needs. Administrators must assign tasks clearly and in line with rules and regulations. They should also encourage teachers to share their opinions and knowledge on assigned tasks and establish salary increases and performance evaluation criteria | en_US |
