dc.description.abstractDrawing upon the frameworks of social exchange theory, emotional event theory, and demand hierarchy theory, this paper investigates the interconnections and mechanisms among four key variables: authoritarian leadership style, communication satisfaction, employee sense of acquisition, and employee turnover tendencies. The main focus of this study is on exploring the mediating role of employee acquisition in authoritarian leadership style and employee turnover tendency, and the mediating role of communication satisfaction in authoritarian leadership style and employee sense of acquisition. The results indicate that the authoritarian leadership style has a positive impact on employees' turnover tendencies while exerting a negative influence on employees' sense of gain. Additionally, communication satisfaction plays a negative regulatory role in the connection between authoritarian leadership style and employees' sense of gainen_US
