dc.description.abstract | This study employs literature review, theoretical analysis, and empirical analysis methods. Focusing on the perspective of technological innovation efficiency, it uses listed companies in China's A-share market from the new energy vehicle manufacturing sector as the research sample. By applying the DEA-BCC model and the DEAMalmquist index model, this research analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency from both static and dynamic perspectives. Additionally, the threshold effect model is utilized to investigate the impact of government subsidies on technological innovation efficiency. The research findings indicate that the technological innovation efficiency in China's new energy vehicle industry is generally low, with significant disparities among different companies. There is a dual-threshold effect between government subsidies and technological innovation efficiency. Only when the government subsidies are within the optimal range can the technological innovation efficiency be enhanced to its fullest potential. Based on these findings, this paper recommends the following: 1) Increase research and development (R& D) investment and allocate innovation resources appropriately; 2) Optimize the innovation environment and elevate managerial competencies; 3) Pursue external partnerships and intensify industry-academia-research collaboration; 4) Refine government subsidy policies and oversight mechanisms | en_US |
