| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | 本文采用了文献分析法与案例分析法收集了解国内外关于民办高校采购管 理及运营现状。对比国内外政府采购及非政府采购的相同与不同。以Z 学院为例， 针对性地研究分析现状及存在的问题。通过半结构化访谈问卷的形式，并且通过 不同主题的问题进行提问，针对Z 学院的部分在岗和离职人员进行深度访谈，探 知他们的真实工作状态，了解目前采购现状以及民办高校采购管理过程中遇到的 阻碍及对应目前的解决方法或期望发展方向。最终收集了13 份极具代表行与真 实性的访谈记录，然后运用内部控制理论及寻租理论作为研究基础理论，探究民 办高校中采购管理过程中存在的现状问题进行分析。并且通过分析其目前存在原 因进一步深入探究其深层次原因，并根据对应的原因提出相对民办高校具有一定 参考价值的建设性建议。另外，在我国的相关法律法规出台下，本研究以新《民 促法》作为落脚点，通过分析民办高校中存在的问题了解该法律法规对于民办高 校存在何种程度的影响 |
