| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิวที่มีส่วนผสมของสารสกัดกัญชงในรูปแบบอัลฟาเจล และศึกษาความคงตัวของผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื่องจากสารแคนนาบิไดออล (Cannabidiol; CBD) มีคุณสมบัติที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผิวหนัง เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดูแลผิว และสามารถพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ทางเลือกในการบำรุงรักษาผิวได้ดีการวิจัยนี้เริ่มจากการเตรียมสูตรอิมัลชันในรูปแบบอัลฟาเจล โดยมีสารสกัดกัญชงเป็นส่วนผสมหลัก และควบคุมปริมาณสารแคนนาบิไดออลในรูปแบบผลึก (99%) ปริมาณ 6% เป็นส่วนผสมหลัก จากนั้นทำการปรับปริมาณสารให้ความชุ่มชื้น ได้แก่ สควอเลน (Squalane) กลีเซอรีน (Glycerin) และสารลดแรงตึงผิว (PPG-24-Glycereth-24) จากนั้นทำการทดสอบความคงตัวของผลิตภัณฑ์ภายใต้อุณหภูมิ 5 และ 50 องศาเซลเซียส ระยะเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง จำนวน 4 รอบ และทำการทดสอบคุณสมบัติทางเคมีของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยการวัดค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่างด้วย pH meter และตรวจสอบปริมาณสารแคนนาบิไดออลด้วยเทคนิค High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) รวมทั้งทดสอบคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์จากความหนืดด้วยเครื่องมือ Viscometer และสังเกตลักษณะเนื้อครีม สี กลิ่น และการล้างออก จากการทดลองพบว่า สารแคนนาบิไดออลสามารถรวมตัวกันได้ดีในทุกสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบอัลฟาเจล และความเข้มข้นของสารให้ความชุ่มชื้น ได้แก่ สควอเลน กลีเซอรีน และสารลดแรงตึงผิว PPG-24-Glycereth-24 มีผลต่อสมบัติทางกายภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยพบว่าสัดส่วนของสารที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการทดลองคือสูตรที่มีสัดส่วนของสควอเลน 15.00 โดยน้ำหนักในสูตร กลีเซอรีนร้อยละ 7.50 โดยน้ำหนักในสูตร และ PPG-24-Glycereth-24 ร้อยละ 2.50 โดยน้ำหนักในสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้มีลักษณะเป็นเนื้อครีมเนียนละเอียด มีสีขาวสะอาดน่าใช้ มีความหนืดที่พอเหมาะ สามารถเกาะติดผิวได้ดีโดยไม่เหนียวเหนอะหนะมากจนเกินควร และมีความคงตัวที่ดี | en_US |

| dc.description.other-abstract | The objectives of this research were to develop and to study the stability of the formulation of a skincare product containing canndbidiol (CBD) extract from cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.subsp. sativa) in the form of alpha-gel. In this study, 99% pure cannabidiol at 6%w/w in crystalline form was used as the active ingredient for the emulsion preparation. The humectant, squalane, glycerin and PPG 24-glycereth-24 were varied to find a suitable formula. Subsequently, the stability testing of the products under accelerated conditions, the Freeze-Thaw cycle method was tested with storage condition at 5°C and 50°C for every 24 hours for 4 cycles. Then, the chemical and physical properties were tested by measuring pH and Cannabidiol content using a pH meter and HPLC technique for chemical properties testing. For physical properties, viscometer and sensory tests were used to observe the product. In this research, Cannabidiol was found to combine well in all formulations in the form of alpha gel. The concentration of the moisturizing substances including squalene, glycerin and PPG-24 glycereth-24, affects the physical properties of the product. The most suitable amount of substance in this experiment was the formula with 15% squalane, 7.50% glycerin and 2.50% PPG-24-glycereth-24 as the product has good stability with white smooth creamy texture and appropriate viscosity which adheres well to the skin without feeling too heavy on the skin. | en_US |
